When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience. We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or enter information on our site.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features to personalize user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. We also use your information to quickly process your transactions and send periodic emails regarding your order or other products or services. Sports Mentalytics does not share our customers’ information or data with anyone outside of Sports Mentalytics without asking for permission from our customers.
Sharing of Your Results with Coaches and Assistant Coaches
If you are an athlete who was invited to a team or group and accept the invite, your results will be visible to the individuals assigned as Coaches and Assistant Coaches of the team or group. The Head Coach determines the individuals who are considered Coaches and Assistant Coaches. You can view who these Coaches and Assistant Coaches are in your account or may request the names of them from your Head Coach. By accepting the terms of this agreement, you are willingly agree to share your assessment results with Coaches and Assistant Coaches on your team.
How We Protect Your Information
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply, including ALL assessment data provided by customers, is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order or enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Use of “Cookies”
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (e.g., Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser's Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
If users disable cookies in their browser, you may not be able to access portions of our website or assessment platform.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.
Sports Mentalytics does not sell products for purchase or use by children under the age of 13 years old.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information. In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action: should a data breach occur, we will notify the users via email within 7 business days.
We operate secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the personally identifiable information provided by our users. We do no, however, guarantee that unauthorized, inadvertent disclosure will never occur.
Transfer of Customer Information
Customer lists and information are properly considered assets of a business. Accordingly, if we merge with another entity or if we sell our assets to another entity, our customer lists and information, including personally identifiable information that you have provided to us, would be included among the assets transferred.
